Welfare Communications Everywhere

Welfare Communications Everywhere, or WelComE, provides all UK service personnel deployed on ‘welfare-entitled’ deployments and exercises with publicly funded calls, voicemail and internet access.

WelComE Account Cards – provided prior to deployment – will stay with personnel for their entire military career. Together, the Account Number and PIN Number will provide access to all telephone and internet services, as well as topping up call time via the Online Account Manager, Automated Top-Up System, and the WelComE Customer Contact Centre (WCCC).

The Welfare Community Portal provides additional resources to help support the welfare community; service personnel, family and friends.
