CLIENT SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR – Regional Resettlement Centre, Aldershot

12 Month Contract – part time - 30 Hours per week - 08:30-17:00

Salary £16,800 + benefits

The Ministry of Defence and Right Management work together as the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) delivering comprehensive outplacement support to people leaving HM Forces.

The Client Services Administrator (CSA) is a key client facing position within the CTP organisation, working at the Aldershot Resettlement Centre. You will be the first point of contact for our many clients, supporting our regional and national initiatives whilst offering high quality customer service.

You will support clients in their vocational training and job search efforts by providing up to date information, advice and guidance, giving presentations and facilitating workshops.

You will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint, and experienced in using databases and web-based management systems

You will hold or be willing to work towards an NVQ Level 3 in Advice & Guidance and NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.

This is a rewarding and challenging role where you can utilise your administrative, organising and customer service skills and experience to full effect.
